What is included in the price
A flat rate should mean flat. Ours includes the chauffeur, the vehicle, fuel, tolls, and luggage help. Airport trips also include live flight tracking and normal wait time. Long distance trips include interstate tolls and the empty drive back.
Two things are added at booking and shown before you confirm: Illinois taxes and gratuity. Nothing else is added after the ride. There is no fuel surcharge, no per-mile meter, and no surge.

Rideshare looks cheaper on a quiet afternoon. The picture changes at rush hour, in a snowstorm, or when a concert lets out. That is when surge pricing kicks in, and it is often exactly when you need a ride most.
